OC Pipe Pro was founded in 2009 by a journeyman plumber and his family out of a single truck in Mission Viejo. Today we run seven dedicated dispatch lines across South OC — but the standard hasn't moved an inch.
We started OC Pipe Pro because we'd seen too many neighbors get talked into repairs they didn't need. The pitch was simple: show up on time, quote in writing, and only recommend what you'd recommend to your own mom.
Seventeen years later, that's still the rule on every truck. Our techs are W-2 employees — never subcontractors — and every one is background-checked, drug-tested, and trained in our customer-care playbook before they ever knock on a door.
We're proud to be Orange County–based. Every dollar earned here goes back to local Little League sponsorships, the Orange County Rescue Mission.

If our labor fails on any installed fixture within two years, we come back free of charge.
Before we leave, your tech walks you through every change, tests it with you, and answers any question.
You'll receive a full PDF invoice the same day, with photos of any replaced parts and warranty info.
