By scheduling service with OC Pipe Pro ("we", "us"), you agree to receive a written, itemized estimate prior to any work being performed. No work is performed until you authorize the estimate in writing or via electronic acceptance.
All estimates are flat-rate and valid for 30 days from issue. Prices include parts and labor unless otherwise noted. Sales tax is added per California state and local rates.
We warrant our workmanship for two (2) years from the date of service. If a fixture or assembly we installed fails due to our labor, we will return and re-perform the work at no charge. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, third-party modifications, or natural disasters. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through; the manufacturer's warranty terms apply.
Where the City of Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Costa Mesa, Laguna Woods, Dana Point, Newport Beach, or other applicable Orange County jurisdictions require permits (water heater replacement, repipe, gas-line, sewer-main work), we will pull and schedule inspection. Permit fees are passed through at cost.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and ACH. Promotional financing through GreenSky is available for larger jobs, subject to credit approval.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by California law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, California.
OC Pipe Pro operates under California State License Board license #1099428 (Classification C-36, Plumbing Contractor). License status can be verified at cslb.ca.gov.
